About

ClayHouston, founded in 2004, is an organization for ceramic artists, educators, hobbyists and students working in clay. ClayHouston seeks to raise awaress of the ceramic arts in the Houston metropolitan area and to help educate both potters and the public about the many facets of this art.

Our mission:

To organize and promote a professional clay community in the Southeast Texas region, providing education and exchange of information and ideas.
To educate the Houston area public about the clay arts and artists in our area.
To support and promote individual artists and clay groups with sales venues exclusive to clay.
