Empty Bowls Houston, a fundraiser for the Houston Food Bank, will be May 26th, 2012 at Houston Center for Contemporary Craft and Lawndale Art Center. This event is jointly sponsored by the Houston Food Bank, The Houston Center for Contemporary Craft, and local crafts guilds and craftspeople. ClayHouston holds a "bowl-a-thon" every year to create unique bowls to be donated to the event.
