ClayHouston Festival 2011

Announcement from the President for 2011 Festival

At the recommendation of the festival organizing committee and the majority vote of the ClayHouston board we are truly disappointed to inform you of the cancellation of the 2011 ClayHouston Festival. We did not receive sufficient participation to underwrite the 2011 event. A letter has letter sent with a packet returning the application, CD of images and check for the $25.00 Entry Fee to every artist that submitted an application.

In these difficult economic times we have learned that we must be more proactive and much more creative in seeking funding from alternative sources to sustain our event. Embracing this challenge we have already begun applying for Grants and seeking sponsors to support our 2012 ClayHouston Festival.

We truly appreciate your interest and hope that you will once again respond to our call to participate as our 2012 ClayHouston Festival becomes a reality.
