Artist Statement/Bio:
I've always been drawn to pottery, but it took many years to be able to try it. I was obsessed from the very first moment on the wheel, eventually putting together my own studio where I share space with a few friends.
For me, my process is about exploring different shapes and colors. Lately, I've started to spotlight the dark clay I'm using and I'm incorporating natural shapes to help that.
Nearly everything I make is designed to be used on a tabletop. I value function.
