Next General Meeting: Speaker Jessica Fortier Kreutter will discuss "A Space Inbetween". On Saturday, January 17, 11am at Freed Auditorium, Glassell School of Art, 5101 Montrose Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77006.

Jessica Kreutter received an MFA from The University of Tennessee in 2010. For ten years previous to graduate school, she worked as an artist and teacher in Portland, Oregon. She has been a resident artist at ART342, Vermont Studio Center, Anderson Ranch, PlatteForum, The Houston Center for Contemporary Craft, Caldera and The Oregon College of Art and Craft. Recently, she designed an ice sculpture in collaboration with the Museum of Contemporary Art (Denver) and created an unfired clay installation for the 2013 NCECA Project Space. Her clay installation work is featured in the January 2014 issue of Ceramics Monthly. She lives and works in Houston, Texas.
