Hands-on Houston

For many years, Houston Center for Contemporary Craft has generously hosted the annual Empty Bowls event in their beautiful gallery space. In partnership, Empty Bowls has led a free Hands-on Houston clay activity for children of all ages, and the Ceramic Store has donated all the clay for the activity. Attendance at HCCC for Hands-on-Houston has grown over the years, which allows us to publicize Empty Bowls to over 200 people, while having a ton of fun! Volunteers with clay experience are needed on Saturday, May 2, 2015 to help the kids and encourage them with an easy clay activity. If you can donate 2-4 hours of your time to have fun with kids, meet other artists, while helping a good cause, please email Renee LeBlanc at arleblanccon@yahoo.com or to sign up on line:  http://www.signupgenius.com/go/70a0448aca82aab9-community3.
