Logistic Information

  • Set up begins at 8:30am on Sunday December 7 at Silver Street Studios located at Sawyer Yards, 2000 Edwards Street

  • You may enter through door #1 which is located on the northeast side of the building near the loading docks.

  • When you arrive please check in at with John O’Brien, so he can mark that you have arrived or at the ClayHouston Member table if it is already set up.

  • Once in the building you will be able to use the other northeast entrances if they are more convenient

  • While the hallways are quite large, you will be given a space of approximately 10 feet wide across the wall and 6.5 extending out from the wall.  This will give enough room for our guests to walk through the center of the hallways.

  • It is important to note that Silver Street is setting up for FotoFeast.  Their set up will be complete Saturday.  However, they are touching up the walls with paint, so you need to make sure your tables and displays are not flush against the walls.

  • You cannot place any items on the walls.

  • We will be located in the main halls of Silver Street and not any of the smaller halls.

  • There are quite a few electrical outlets throughout the halls, but I cannot guarantee any one individual will have an outlet directly in their space.  If you need electricity, please bring your own extension cords.

  • There will be a short meeting of all vendors in the East Gallery” near Door #1at 10:30am please be sure and attend this meeting which should not take more than 10 to 15 minutes.

  • There is ample parking, but I will need to make space for our food truck, “Mingo’s Latin Kitchen” who will be arriving at 10am. Also, after you have dropped off your materials and equipment, please move your cars further away from the building to allow others to unload and for our patrons to have parking

  • The event will be open to the public starting at 11am.

  • It will be held from 11am to 4pm on Sunday December 7 at Silver Street Studios located at Sawyer Yards, 2000 Edwards Street

  • More than 45 Ceramic Artists will be selling their work and it is a great opportunity to pick up some amazing and original holiday gifts

  • There will be Live Music Provided by “Heights Fools on Stools”

  • Mingo’s Latin Kitchen Food Truck will be there

  • We will have live demonstrations

  • And Door Prizes!

  • It is going to be a fun day!
